Cancellation Policy: To cancel a class without penalty, you must notify The Heat at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a lost credit for package holders.

Lateness: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, The Heat may not be able to accommodate you, and the class will be considered forfeited.

No-Shows: Bookings that are not attended will result in a forfeited credit or an applicable fee.

Non-Refundable: All payments for classes and packages at The Heat are non-refundable.

Validity Period: All class packages and memberships have an expiry date counted from the date of first booking, as stated in the price list.

Transfer of Ownership: Classes and packages already purchased cannot be transferred or shared with another person, unless otherwise stated.

Changes and Updates: The Heat reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, and prices at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance as much as possible.

Use of Photos and Videos: The Heat may take photos and videos of members during class for marketing purposes, including but not limited to advertising and social media.

Health and Safety: By taking a class, you confirm that you are in good health and have no condition that would prevent you from safely participating in physical activity. Please inform your instructor of any injury or medical condition before class begins.

Liability: You hereby acknowledge, declare, and understand that using the fitness facilities at The Heat, or being on studio premises — including use of infrared heat — carries a risk of accident and injury to yourself or others, whether caused by yourself or by another party. You understand and voluntarily accept these risks, and agree to release The Heat and its instructors from any accident; including but not limited to: personal injury, physical injury, economic loss, or loss to other members.

Authority: The Heat reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, particularly in the event of disorder or violence.

Acceptance of Terms: By making a payment and attending class, you agree to these terms and conditions.
